Rates
$175.00 per 45-minute session for private pay clients (no insurance).
Please be aware that when using your insurance plan the fee may be less than $175.00. This is because your insurance company 'capitates' the rate paid to providers. You may be responsible for deductibles and co-payments.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee assistance benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Remember, even though I may not be a network provider for your insurance plan, you can still choose to work with me as an 'out-of-network' provider. In the state of Washington you have the right to choose any provider you wish.
Please note: while I am happy to help with your insurance information, it is your responsibility to fully understand your insurance benefits and coverage.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment of deductible and/or co-payments is due at each appointment. I am happy to discuss other payment arrangements on an individual basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 business hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
